The American Church Club

When we left for the mission field in 1994 we left a Christian population (US) in the midst of a lot of self-diagnosis.  The 10-40 window (which you hardly hear about anymore) was the center of everyone’s universe.  A few guys I was in flight school with at Moody Aviation [to become missionary pilots], dropped out to follow the Bruce Wilkinson led charger of central Europe, Russia and the CIS.

Support your local Christian business

I have been surprised at the number of local pastors who don’t support local Christian owned businesses.  There’s one pastor who brags about his enlightening experiences at Starbucks.

Guess I shouldn’t let it bug me but it does.  Truth is we have a great following in the local Christian community, but we have about one new church a week popping up in Auburn/Opelika area so I know we are missing a few.
